You share photos and details of the stone you've chosen, as well as the the price you've been quoted. That's the baseline.
STEP 2 - We search Melbourne
We work the suppliers that don't advertise or carry showroom overhead, and find the same stone or an honest match.
Where details like country of origin differ (e.g. Brazil v Italy) we disclose If there is a difference in country of origin
STEP 3 - You see & decide
You view and approve the actual slab before anything is bought. No surprises, no pressure.
STEP 4 - We negotiate with the supplier for you
We discuss pricing directly with the supplier to get you the best price.
We never take referral fees, so you know that our advice is independent and you're getting the lowest price.
STEP 5 - You place a deposit directly with the supplier
You'll always deal directly with the supplier, but we help you review the agreement and clarify any questions with them.
THE HONEST PART
Two slabs of natural stone are never identical. That's the whole point. We match the material, the colour family and the finish, not the exact vein, and you always approve the real slab in person.
We only compare like with like: same stone type and same finish.
The saving you see is the saving on the slab, before fabrication.
